Seal Options

Throat Seal - Throat type shaft seal is also available and can be fitted with low or full flow flush seal water system. Most popular seal type. Simple structure, easy maintenance and low cost. Expeller Seal - The expeller generates reverse centrifugal force to prevent leakage. No gland water is needed, the mud will not be diluted, and the sealing effect is reliable, used where the mud dilution is not permitted. Mechanical Seal – Suitable for applications where no additional substances are allowed to mix with the fluid being pumped.

Pump Features

● Large diameter with short overhang ensures shaft rigidity, suitable for high power conditions.
● Hardened stainless steel shaft sleeve with O-rings at both ends. A slip fit allows the sleeve to protect the shaft from wear and corrosion.
● Fully lined ductile iron housing provides durability, strength, safety and long life.
● Cartridge-style bearing assembly allows maintenance in a clean environment without pump disassembly, providing reliable operation and extended bearing life
● The flow parts are made of high chromium alloy or rubber, having the properties of resistance to abrasion, corrosion and impact erosion, improving service life.
● The impeller adopts wide flow and concave vane method to improve flow and corrosion resistance, prolong service life.
● Metal flow parts and rubber flow parts are interchangeable or mixed use, suitable for different working conditions.
● The shaft seal can be adoptable of packing seal, dxpeller seal and mechanical seal to adapt to different working conditions.
● Discharge branch can be positioned at 45 degree intervals upon request and angled at eight positions to suit installations and applications
